How to maintain memory and keep your Palm Treo or Centro running
smoothly

Monthly maintenance tips

1. Delete excess email and text messages
Consider your email and texts as a convenience, deleting any messages you
don't need to keep handy to on the mobile device.

2.  Move rarely used photos, videos and documents, to your PC, or onto an SD Card
The files will run smoothly and speedily on the card

3. Perform a soft reset of your Palm Treo or Centro
Refresh your device with a restart. Simply open the Menu to Device Information, swipe down to
Reset Options, select Restart. You may also hold the power button down for five seconds to restart.

4. Clean out Temporary Internet Files and cookies
Open the Browser, press the Menu key; Select Options, Preferences, Advanced. Clear cookies and clear
cache. Clear History is optional, but should be done occasionally.

5. Delete and reinstall the Supra eKey software.
  1. From the main PDA screen, tap Menu key, select Delete.
  2. Press "e" for eKey.
  3. Delete all Supra ekey files- ekey, esync, einstall, edata, and all files that start with "ds".
  4. Close the menu and go to Web on your Treo.
  5. Go to ekeymobile.com and download the application software.
  6. Once complete, close the Web app and open the eKey application,
  7. On your computer, go to https://supraweb.suprakim.com/kimweb/login.mvc and log into
    SupraWeb.
  8. Under Quick Links, , select authorization code
  9. type the code into your eKey so you may update and now operate the eKey
